Pete's
® Chicken-N-More is dedicated to providing all patrons with a positive service experience. We believe that standards of appearance reflect a professional image and therefore set the tone for quality customer service. Since all of our employees, in the normal course of performance of duties, come in contact with patrons, it is necessary that standards of dress, grooming and personal hygiene be established.
In addition to establishing standards of appearance, which are consistent with the Pete's
® Chicen-N-More image, the Department of Health requires compliance with various regulations for employees in the restaurant industry. The Pete's
® Chicken-N-More standards of appearance support these requirements.
It must be clearly understood that any Pete's
® Chicken-N-More employee who reports for duty disregarding the set standards of appearance will be subject to disciplinary action at manager/franchise owner's discretion. If an employee arrives to work in an improper uniform or is lacking any part of the uniform, it will be necessary for the manager/franchise owner to provide such employee with the proper attire. If any part of the uniform is lacking and the manager/franchise owner is not able to provide due to not stocking that particular item, the employee will not be allowed to clock in. The cost of the uniform item will be the responsibility of the employee. Such cost of the uniform item will be deducted from the employee's payroll check the following week.
Employees of Pete's
® Chicken-N-More have a significant role in providing customers with a positive experience. The standards of appearance contribute to the overall reputation of the Pete's
® Chicken-N-More organization. New hires may not begin their assignment until they have a complete uniform.
