Randy Maldonado considers a career change and begins discussions with Pete and Joanna about Pete's Chicken To Go. Randy joins the thriving restaurant and learns all of the aspects of the operation.

Wanting to continue the tradition of excellence in food and service, Pete's Chicken N More begins discussion with a potential owner/operator to duplicate the Agnes location.

A Franchise Program is put into place with concentration focused in Texas.
