Pete's Chicken To Go and South Texas Egg and Poultry continue to enjoy a good business relationship.
Randy Maldonado considers a career change and begins discussions with Pete and Joanna about Pete's Chicken To Go. Randy joins the thriving restaurant and learns all of the aspects of the operation.

Wanting to continue the tradition of excellence in food and service, Pete's Chicken N More begins discussion with a potential owner/operator to duplicate the Agnes location.

The anticipation of the opening of the store on Kostroyz is overwhelming. The community response surpasses all expectations and beyond.

A Franchise Program is put into place with concentration focused in Texas.
